The Children's Center for Science and Technology is preparing to move to a new location in downtown Youngstown.
The Center, now on East Boardman Street, is relocating to the old McCrory's Department store building on Federal Street.
Officials say the new location will provide more room for the center, but it means the facility will close December 5th and remain closed through next fall.
The project is expected to cost $1.5 million.
