A former New Castle police officer is admitting he had inappropriate contact with two teens.

Richard Corbin pled guilty this morning to two charges of indecent assault and two charges of corruption of minors.  Two girls, ages 13 and 15, claim Corbin had sex with them after providing them with alcohol in January of 2008.  Corbin remains free on bail until his sentencing in April. He has also been ordered to not have contact with anyone involved in the case.

Meanwhile, 20-year-old Robert Bogdan and 35-year-old Billie Espositio, both of New Castle, allegedly tried to bribe a witness in the Corbin case.  Reports say the two went to the home of one of the victims and offered her $4,000 to write a statement saying the assaults never happened. Bogdan is the nephew of Corbin's wife, and Espositio is his girlfriend.
