Poland students had a special visitor on Friday.

A marine helicopter from Johnston, Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh, landed at Poland's North Elementary Friday afternoon.

The students wrote letters of appreciation to Marines stationed there, and to thank the kids, the choppers made the trip to Poland to pick up the letters.

In exchange, the Marines collected money for the school's Make-A-Wish campaign, and presented the kids with the money.
