A Warren man is facing an aggravated menacing charge after mailing a photo to a city police officer who he's allegedly threatened before.

Raymond Antonelli, 66, pleaded innocent in Warren Municipal Court to the charge and is expected back in court April 9.

Officials said Antonelli is angry at an officer for not making an arrest on his aggravated robbery case several years ago. Antonelli is accused of mailing a photograph of an officer's house to that the officer at his home. He has also made threats against the officer.
