Inmate Stabs Fellow Inmate with Pen

A Trumbull Correctional Institution inmate will serve three additional years behind bars after admitting to stabbing a fellow inmate.

Prosecutors said Raymond Foy used a pen to stab inmate Jamel Williams in the neck area. The victim was not seriously injured.

Foy is currently serving about nine years on aggravated robbery charges out of Stark County.
