The Campbell Fire Department is investigating a house fire.

The fire happened at a house on 77 15th Street.

Crews say the blaze started in a child's bedroom just before 11 o'clock Sunday morning. Smoke detectors went off, and everyone was able to make it out okay.

The fire was contained to the bedroom.

"The bedroom is pretty well substantial damage, not going to be able to stay in it tonight. They'll have to look for somewhere to stay.", said, Chief Nick Hrelec of the Campbell Fire Department

Chief Hrelec says the home is not a total loss.

The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.
