A teenage girl is dead and another teen is in critical condition Saturday night after a double shooting on Youngstown's west side.

Police found 17-year-old Tracy Banks dead from multiple gunshot wounds inside a house on Manchester Street.  Police also found 18-year-old Jamel Turner shot mutliple times lying by a stop sign at the corner of Manchester and Oakwood.

Turner is an Ohio State Football recruit.  He was taken to Saint Elizabeth Health Center.

A 4-year-old found inside the home said she heard Banks arguing with someone before the shooting.  Police believe that may be 18-year-old Melvin Shaw of Youngstown.

Shaw is a 5 feet 7 inches tall, 150 pound African-American male with brown eyes.

So far no arrests have been made.
