Valley Congressman Tim Ryan is considering a trip to Brazil to ask its leaders for help with the Karl Hoerig murder case.
Ryan and Congressman John Boccieri want to talk about extradicting Hoerig's wife to the United States to face a murder indictment. Claudia Hoerig is the main suspect in her husband's 2007 murder. She fled to her native Brazil shortly after the incident, and officials have refused to send her back.
