The Trumbull County Prosecutor's Office is completely against granting clemency to death row inmate Roderick Davie.

The Prosecutor has sent pages of documents to the Ohio Parole Board ahead of Davie's July 14 hearing.

Davie's attorneys said their client will not file a petition for clemency and not make a presentation to the Parole Board.

Davie faces the death penalty in connection to the 1991 killings of John Coleman and Tracey Jefferys outside the VCA Warehouse in Warren.

His execution date is set for August 10.
