The dead body found Saturday by a hunter on Warren's west side has been identified by police as Donovan Toles, 23.

Police said Toles has been missing since mid-October and his death is being considered a homicide.

His decomposing body was found in the woods off of Hamilton Street Saturday just before 4 p.m. An autopsy was completed Monday morning, and the results are pending.

It is the city's ninth homicide this year.
