Panera Bread wants to say thank you to our community heroes.
All firefighters, police officers and emergency medical technicians will receive a free meal on Wednesday when they show their badge at any Panera location in the Mahoning Valley or in Hermitage.
Also, local police officers will be at the Panera Bread at the intersection of Mahoning Avenue and Route 46 in Austintown from to 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Wednesday handing out gun locks to promote gun safety.
