Union employees at Forum Health's Northside Medical Center are unsure about their futures. Forum management has asked the unions to take concessions.
Friday night, members of the Youngstown Greater Nurses Association met and agreed to discuss helping the company. Union President Eric Williams tells us he expects to begin meeting with Forum as early as Monday to do a cost analysis on how his membership can help the company.
Last week, Forum announced cuts to its non-bargaining unit employees.
Northside has lost money in ten of the last eleven years.
