Missing Youngstown Man Found

A Youngstown man missing for more than a week has been found in a Cleveland suburb.

According to family members, 49-year-old Richard Ginty was picked up by police when they noticed he wasn't dressed for the weather.  Ginty has only one leg and uses a wheelchair. He has mental issues and is on medication. Ginty will be returned to his group home after a medical evaluation.
