Kelly Pavlik's brother was back in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court Tuesday for a pretrial hearing.
Michael Pavlik Jr. was charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching and threatening his fiance last month.
Pavlik has repeatedly denied the allegations. If convicted, he could spend six years behind bars.
