A Grove City man is arrested twice, approximately 2 hours apart, for DUI.
In response to a reckless driving complaint, Hermitage Police arrested Donny Clark Lewis, 31, from Grove City for DUI Thursday night around 11:30pm at Smith Avenue and the Shenango Valley Freeway.
Friday morning around 1:30, Lewis was arrested for DUI again at E. State Street and Keel Ridge Road after he apparently was returned to his vehicle by the person he was released to in the original DUI arrest. Clark was observed driving by the arresting officer in the first DUI.
