It's cleaning on another level.
Roth Bros. has called in Triton Technology Group to spray its offices down with Triban-- a durable, colorless, odorless antimicrobial system.
"That's a big word, but all it means is that it prevents the growth of bacteria, mold. It controls viruses, and reduces the occurrence of all of those," said Tommy Froelich III, Roth Bros. Business Development.
Because of Triton's unique electrostatic spray-gun, Triban bonds to any surface, cleaning around the clock, without lifting a finger.
"Your keyboard is going to be treated. Your mouse is going to be treated. Your phone's going to be treated; some of the dirtiest environments in the whole facility, and where you spend 95 percent of your time," said Dan Young, Triton Technology Business Development.
Roth Bros. has come up with innovative building solutions and indoor environments since 1923, and they're staying proactive through this partnership with Triton Technology.
"Roth Bros., being a leader in the Valley, we wanted to take the first step here in Mahoning County, and the state of Ohio, and install this product here," said Steve Koneval, Roth Bros. Co-owner.
"Reducing the cost of our building ownership, and then being able to take that out to the marketplace and allow our customers to experience the same thing we have," said Tom Froelich, Roth Bros. Co-owner.
While Purel or Clorox will wash away or evaporate, Triban stays where it's sprayed until the surface is worn or stripped away-- without using any chemicals.
"It doesn't make the kill of the microbe by leeching chemicals into it. It essentially electrifies the microbe," said Greg Zappone, Triton Technology Field Operations Manager.
So even though they can't see or smell it, Roth Bros. employees and customers will be glad Triban's there when they return to their desks Monday morning.
Froelich said, "At the end of the day, it's about creating a building environment where people are healthy. They're productive, and they're able to deliver to their customers the services that they employ."
