Liberty Police Release New Details in Double Homicide

Liberty police in a noon press conference Monday confirmed an adult female and a 13-year-old juvenile were shot to death in a double homicide early Monday.

Police were called about midnight to the 3000 block of Northgate Drive where the victims were found with gunshot wounds.

Detectives questioned several witnesses at the home. Police are not yet releasing the victims' names or any possible relationship between the two. Police could not say if they have suspects, but are investigating several leads.
