InfoCision is looking to hire 150 employees between two Valley locations.

The company will hold open interviews every day from Monday, July 19 to Friday, July 23 from noon to 4 p.m., where walk-in applicants are welcome to apply.

InfoCision recently moved all workers at its Austintown and Boardman locations to a salaried pay structure, which means that all employees are guaranteed to work and be paid for forty hours every week, without exception. Extra hours are even available for employees who want to work more than 40 hours.

In addition, InfoCision has begun offering new employees medical benefits starting their first day on the job.

“At InfoCision we know that our employees are the driving force behind our success, because they are the voice of our company and our clients, and without question they are the very best in the industry” said InfoCision Chief of Staff Steve Brubaker. “So we are committed to being a great employer by finding ways to improve not only our employees’ work environment, but also their lives in general. These recent changes, along with the many other benefit programs we offer, reflect our commitment to our employees.”

InfoCision’s Mahoning Valley locations offer employee amenities including an on-site clinic that is staffed by a nurse practitioner during specified hours each week, and is available to all employees and their family members. In addition, the facilities have on-site fitness centers that are also available for employee use. InfoCision employees also have comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, 401k, free employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, subsidized childcare and other amenities.

InfoCision’s Austintown facility is located at 5740 Interstate Blvd., and its Boardman facility is located at 8530 Crossroads Drive.
