A grocery technology company stopped in the Valley Tuesday.

Utopia sells the latest grocery technology to independent grocers all over the country. They stopped at Nemenz Food Stores.

From self-check out counters to money transport machines, they hope to make your time at the grocery store as convenient as possible and help independent grocers make the most of their time.

"They are very appreciative of the fact that we understand they can't take time away from their businesses," said Utopia business development director Jeff Geron. "And the ability for us to bring the products directly to their offices has been a huge, huge opportunity for them."

Utopia aims to help independent grocers compete with bigger chain stores.
