The 11 year old boy, accused of murdering his father's pregnant girlfriend, won't go before a judge until the end of March.  Jordan Brown was supposed to have a hearing Thursday in Lawrence County, but it has been pushed back to March 24th.

Brown is currently being held in a juvenile detention center in Beaver County, following his transfer from the Lawrence County Jail, where he spent 4 days.

Meanwhile, the county prosecutor says he is currently investigating claims that Brown threatened Kenzie Houk's life, late last year.

Charges will not be filed against the suspect's father, Christopher Brown.  Police say he gave his son a youth model shot gun for Christmas.  It was the same weapon used to shoot Houk in the back of the head last Friday.

Both the prosecutor and Jordan Brown's attorney say the 11 year old's mother does not have custody of him and is not part of the investigation.
