One day after Warren's police chief recommends punishment for the officer accused of excessively tasering a woman, the victim speaks out.

Heidi Gill doesn't like the potential punishment for Officer Richard Kovach.  Police Chief John Mandopoulos recommended a 60-day suspension without pay for Kovach repeatedly tasering Gill during her arrest in September.

Gill's attorney told the media he expects criminal charges to still be filed by the FBI or Warren City Prosecutor.  Kovach is already appealing another unpaid suspension for a separate incident during a traffic stop in August, and Heidi Gill thinks enough is enough. But for now, Heidi has to live with the fact that Kovach's penalty doesn't fit her idea for the incident.

Kovach still has 30-days to appeal his suspension for the taser incident.
