Bike Town USA in Austintown will host an event this weekend to help a local woman fighting breast cancer.

The event will be from 2 to 8pm Saturday to raise money for Kelly Bloomingdale's medical expenses.

Several local musicians, including the One Forty Ones, a group of Warren cops, will perform. A chinese auction will also be held. Tickets will be $15 for adults and $7 for children under 12.

Kelly has been diagnosed with breast cancer. She and her husband, local tattoo artist Jeff Bloomingdale, have been very active in the community and have volunteered to help several organizations over the years.

The two said they are very touched by their friends having the event for them, and they plan to have a tattoo fundraiser annually to help others going through similar situations.
