Former Mahoning County Judge Maureen Cronin will be on the other side of the bench Tuesday. She'll appear in federal court in Akron at 9 a.m..

Cronin is expected to plead guilty to charges she hid an $18,000 loan from an un-named area businessman while she was still judge.

Authorities say that same executive is also behind a loan made to former Trumbull County Commissioner Jim Tsagaris. He was sentenced last week for violating the terms of his house arrest.

Check back for more details as they develop, or tune in to newscasts throughout the day.
