Two Youngstown firefighters were hurt on the job Tuesday afternoon as they battled a vacant house fire on South Hazelwood Avenue.
Fire Chief John O’Neill said two members of his crew were injured when the porch collapsed on them.
They were taken to the hospital to be checked out, but their injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
The fire remains under investigation.
