Voters in Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana counties should know the issues in their communities.  Many will affect your pocketbook.

Starting in Trumbull County: Newton Falls, Bristol, Liberty, Maplewood, Weathersfield, and Southington all have school issues before their voters.  Champion has a fire levy.

In Mahoning County: Boardman Township has two tax issues, one for expenses and one for roads.  Poland, South Range, Springfield and Western Reserve have school levies up for the vote, and Green Township has a police levy.

In Columbiana County: Look for a school levy in Leetonia, and a tax issue in West Township.

Watch our station for election returns as they come in during the evening.  We'll display them at the bottom of your television screen, and of course our newscasts will have full coverage.

Election officials expect a turnout of about 20%.  There are no countywide issues in any of the three counties.
