Two Ohio congressmen are looking to close the murder investigation of a local airman.

Congressmen Tim Ryan and John Boccieri are asking Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to help extradite the main suspect in the case, Claudia Hoerig.

Police believe she is responsible for her husband's death and has been indicted for the crime.  Forty four year old Air Force Major Karl Hoerig was found dead inside his Newton Falls home on March 15, 2007.  Claudia Hoerig, a native of Brazil, fled to her homeland immediately following her husband's murder and has remained there since.

So far, the country has refused to send Claudia Hoerig back to the United States, but the Congressmen believe Clinton could help since she recently talked about a child custody case involving Brazil.
