A local pet food store helped to feed the more than 150 dogs confiscated in a Feb. 12 raid at a Gustavus Farm.

Wednesday, workers at Pet Supplies Plus dropped off two truck loads of pet food along with $2,600 in donations to the temporary shelter in Champion where the dogs are being housed. Only six of the dogs have been adopted.

Clear Channel radio will start a dogs in need program Thursday on their Web sites. There will be a photo gallery of each dog and you can support a dog with a $50 donation.
