Hundreds attended the 10:30 a.m. mass at Saint Dominic's Sunday as police scoured the area looking for anything that could lead them to the man who killed an elderly woman in the church parking lot Saturday.

The woman killed was 80-year-old Angeline Fimognari, a regular at Saint Dom's.

Many churchgoers did not want to go on camera, but did know Fimognari from church. They said she was a quiet woman who could never hurt anyone.

Fr. Gregory Maturi did not want to go on camera, but said no one knew Angeline Fimognari outside of church. She would come to Saint Dom's every day for two masses and always stays long after to pray. She never spoke a word and always wore a black veil over her face.

If anyone knows anything about the crime, they are urged to call the Youngstown police tip line at (330) 747-7911.
