It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas in downtown Youngstown!
A 30-foot Blue Spruce was delivered to Federal Plaza Tuesday morning. The Swan family of DeSoto Avenue donated this year's tree.
The annual tree lighting ceremony and holiday parade is scheduled for Saturday, December 5 at 3:00 p.m.
