Students at Choffin Career and Technical Center in Youngstown are off again today (Thursday, October 29) after a fire there Wednesday morning.
Students were evacuated around 8:30, after fire officials say a small electrical fire started in the basement. Electricity has been turned off, and Ohio Edison is investigating.
