Two men are behind bars this Saturday night, charged with the shooting of a 15 year old Austintown girl.

Youngstown police have arrested two brothers.

One of them, 23 year old Donald Framton, is charged with felonious assault, violating parole, and unlawful possession of a weapon.

Also in custody is 20 year old Joseph Frampton. He's charged with felonious assault.

The two are accused in the shooting of 15 year old Kaitlin Chambers. Chambers was sitting in a car at the intersection of Mahoning Avenue and Belle Vista Monday night, when two people on motorcycles fired shots at the car.
