The Mahoning County Bar Association will handle the remaining cases belonging to recently suspended attorney Warren "Bo" Pritchard.
The President of the Mahoning County Bar Association Scott Cochran says he contacted Pritchard, and Pritchard agreed to turn nearly 100 active files over to the bar association.
Cochran says many of his members have offered to finish the work Pritchard had been paid to do, and won't charge the clients any legal fees. Clients of Pritchard's with unfinished cases are urged to contact the bar association for referral to a new attorney, or they can collect their files.
The Ohio Supreme Court suspended Pritchard's law license earlier this month for violating the state code of professional conduct for lawyers.
Pritchard, an Austintown Township trustee, also lost in his reelection bid November 4.
