A Youngstown man who had been expected to testify in a three year old murder case is now facing a new indictment for his role in the crime.
Reginald Everson was accused in the 2006 robbery of the Auto Zone store on Youngstown's eastside -- and was expected to testify against three other suspects in the shooting death of store clerk Ed Agee.
But while free on bond a year ago, he allegedly killed another man and is charged in that murder.
Prosecutors say Everson violated the terms of her earlier plea deal -- and today obtained a superseding indictment against him for the Auto Zone homicide.
