Anti Smoking Laws

The number of states with anti-smoking laws has tripled.  The Centers for Disease Control reports only eight states had smoking bans in 2004, just last year that number jumped to 25.  If the trend continues, the C-D-C says the entire country could be smoke-free at indoor public places and work sites by 2010.  Ohio passed its anti-smoking law just a little more than a year ago.
