Allegiant Air, operating out of the Youngstown Warren Regional Airport, is now offering service from Youngstown directly to Orlando International Airport.  In the past, the airline had been making non-stop flights to Orlando-Sanford International Airport located about an hour from Orlando.

With the announcement of the new Florida destination Allegiant is offering special deals beginning March 4, 2010. Introductory offers will be available for $59.99 each way.

Scott Lynn with the Western Reserve Port Authority said he is happy with the new service.

“We are extremely pleased and excited at Allegiant’s continued support of the Youngstown area with their flights to the Orlando area,” said Lynn. “The community is very satisfied with the great service from Allegiant Air.”
