A 16-year-old is being held in the Mahoning County Juvenile Justice Center charged with raping a 6-year-old girl.
Authorities aren't releasing many details yet, but confirm the alleged incident happened Wednesday night in Youngstown.
We're told the suspect appeared in court Thursday afternoon and denied the charge against him.
He could return to court again later this month.
