High school football players from across the Valley will sign their National Letters of Intent Wednesday.

It should be no surprise that the state champions from Cardinal Mooney will be well represented. Two of them have already committed to a college of their choice—Braylon Heard to Nebraska and Don D’Alesio to Youngstown State.

Thursday it was Alex Zordich’s turn. The Cards QB has verbally committed to the University at Buffalo. Zordich racked up over 1,000 total yards during Mooney's perfect 15-0 season.
