Cortland - 15th Annual Glen Christian Church Ox Roast Car Show. Friday, September 3 through Sunday, September 5 at the Trumbull County Fairgrounds. The weekend events will kick-off at 5:00PM on Friday with a bonfire and other various entertainment and activities and carry on throughout the weekend with a Car and Motorcycle show on Saturday, and the "Main Event!" car show on Sunday. Hermitage - Buhl Day. Monday, September 6 at Buhl Park. Activities begin at 9:00AM and continue throughout the entire day. Events include a parade, 5K Run, Classic Car Cruise-In, and other various musical acts. Food vendors will be on site. Howland - 2nd Annual Breast Cancer Benefit Reunion Concert. Sunday, September 5 at Noon at Up A Creek Tavern. Money raised will benefit the Ireland Cancer Center at Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Tickets are $10 at the door and include entertainment and food for the day.

Hubbard - Rodney and Kay Toth's 14th annual Open Gardens. Sunday, September 5 from 10:00AM to 6:00PM. Gardens at the 5637 West Liberty St. home of Rodney and Kay Toth will be open to visitors and will include dahlias, coleuses, special interest petunias, zinnias, and ornamental grasses. Entertainment by vocalist Monica Toth Baker will be at 2:00PM and there will also be a presentation on mums by John Schinker from the Men's Garden Club of Youngstown. Admission is free. Newton Falls - Newton Falls Kiwanis 21st annual Labor Day Run. Monday, September 6 from 8:00AM to 11:00AM. The four-mile run will go through Newton Falls and Newton Township. Proceeds will benefit the Newton Falls Senior Citizen van fund. For more information, call 330-872-4178.

Warren - Warren Alumni Committee's 1st Warren Alumni Weekend. Friday, September 3 through Sunday, September 5. Events include a Golf Outing, events before and after Warren Harding football game, 5K Fun Run, and live entertainment. For more information, visit the Warren Alumni website here.

Warren - River Rock at the Amp "Stretch The Summer" concert. Saturday, September 4 at Warren Community Amphitheatre. Gates open at 4:00PM, with the concert beginning at 5:00PM. Musical acts Haymaker, Manning-Dickson, and 7 Bridges will be performing. Parking is free and admission is $5 for adults and children ages 14 and under with an adult get in for free.
