Several local public officials and figures are scheduled to be arraigned at 9 a.m. Tuesday on the charges relating to the purchase of Oakhill Renaissance Place.

Last week, 73 indictments were handed down to local public officials and members of the Cafaro family. The charges range from perjury and conspiracy to bribery and money laundering.

Among those under indictment are Anthony Cafaro Sr., Flora Cafaro, Mahoning County Commissioner John McNally IV, Auditor Mike Sciortino and former county Treasurer John Reardon. Local attorney Martin Yavorcik and John Zachariah, who is the former head of the county's Department of Jobs and Family Services when it was located at the Cafaro-owned McGuffy Mall, were also indicted.
