The last person charged in the Oakhill Renaissance Place investigation has entered not guilty pleas in court.
Former Jobs and Family Services Director John Zachariah's lawyer filed the plea Tuesday morning.
Zachariah is expected to be booked into jail Wednesday morning. He had been out of the country.
The 73-count indictment was filed in July. None of those charged in the corruption case appeared in court for their arraignments. All waived their rights and entered written pleas of "not guilty" with Judge Maureen Sweeney of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.
Besides County Commissioner John McNally, Auditor Mike Sciortino, former Treasurer John Reardon and Zachariah are accused of working with developer Anthony Cafaro Sr. to keep JFS from moving out of the Cafaro-owned McGuffy Mall and into Oakhill. Cafaro's sister, Flora, and Attorney Martin Yavorcik are charged with money laundering in the case.
