Editors with The Vindicator say they're going to think-over their options after a judge refused to unseal certain documents in the Oakhill Renaissance case.
Earlier this month lawyers for the paper argued filings in the case should all be open to public scrutiny. Defense attorneys argued that releasing the documents would hurt the chances of seating a jury in Mahoning County.
Visiting Judge William Wolff has come down in favor of the defendants, however editors at the Vindicator say they will decide soon whether or not they'll appeal.
