 Joe Kaluza is the KFC manager who was brutally shot during a robbery in March 2008.
The shooting caused him to be paralyzed from the neck down. Joe and his wife, Lisa, care for their two special needs children. The family is now in need of a specially-equipped house with an open floor plan, overhead lifts, voice activated doors, telephones and appliances. The home will be built on Youngstown’s south side just down the road from their current home.
We would like to expand Joe’s life outside of the two rooms he currently
uses in his non-handicapped house so he can reclaim some independence
within his own home. We are asking for your prayers for the Kaluza family
