Federal judges took the side of Forum Health's secured creditors Thursday in court.
A bankruptcy judge ordered the hospital system to give them documents spelling details of its agreement with potential buyer, Ardent Health Systems. The papers give specific information about union concessions, should Ardent win the bankruptcy auction.
The creditors want those details to figure out if a better deal is possible.
