Order Newscasts

If you would like to obtain a copy of a news segment that aired on WYTV/MyYTV, Academic Challenge or a copy of a MyYTV Game of the Week broadcast, Youngstown State football on MyYTV broadcast, or Youngstown State basketball on MyYTV broadcast, please follow the directions below. Please note DVD's are $40.00 per story. Requests will not be processed without payment.

1. You must download the PDF form below or send an E-mail to ddeemer@wkbn.com

2. Mail your request to: WYTV/MyYTV

3. All requests must include the following or it will not be processed by the station:
a) The date of the broadcast, the program, the subject matter of the particular story of interest to you, and, if you know, the approximate time the story or game appeared in the program.
b) A statement in the request as follows, “I am requesting a copy of the news broadcast by WYTV/MyYTV described in this request for personal viewing use only. I understand, and agree, that the copy provided by WYTV/MyYTV may not be duplicated, exhibited or licensed for any other purpose, and I agree that WYTV/MyYTV shall not be liable to me in connection with my request for the copy of the contents thereof. The copy shall not be used as evidence in any legal matter or proceeding.”
c) Make check or money order payable to WYTV/MyYTV in the amount of $40 per news story. Price includes tax, shipping and handling. Visa and Master Card are also accepted, see attached form for details.

4. All copies are DVD’s. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

5. WYTV/MyYTV reserves the right to decline to produce any requested copy of its news stories in its sole discretion for any reason. If WYTV/MyYTV decline a copy request, or if the request fails to include the requirements noted above, any check mailed with the request shall be mailed to the requester at the return address provided. Copies of WYTV/MyYTV news stories requested for use in legal proceedings must be obtained by valid service of a subpoena complying with the relevant law.
